Nevada Robotics is taking applications from K-12 Northern Nevada educators for an IDEALS – Integrating Drone Education and Learning Statewide – professional development series in Reno. During the 3-part training, educators will explore using the CoDrone EDU in the classroom /club and for REC Aerial Drone Competitions. This 7.5 – hour training provides hours for Opal (teacher license renewal).
Piloting
Learn how to fly an indoor drone. Teach your students how to take flight.
Programming
Learn how to code a drone to execute a variety of maneuvers; teach your students coding skills.
Potential
Explore the possibility of creating a drone competition team.

Training from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
