Professional Experience:
Cayenne has interests in ecological structure and function across a wide variety of ecosystems and has worked on plant community composition, forest structure and function, wildfire mitigation and recovery, riparian habitat restoration, pollination ecology and phenology, and endangered species management, among others.
Her current focus lies in the relationship between people and environment, focusing onthe role of trees in heat mitigation in and across communities.
