Nevada Robotics METRICS: Garside Jr. High School Cohort

Metrics: Mentoring Educators Teaching Robotics and innovation in Computer Science

Nevada Robotics is proud to partner with Garside Jr. High School in Las Vegas to offer METRICS for VEX GO robots and CoDrone EDU educational drones.

METRICS (Mentoring Educators Teaching Robotics and Innovation in Computer Science) is engaging and ongoing educator professional development. At Garside METRICS, participants will learn how to build and code the VEX GO robot, and how to program and pilot the CoDrone EDU. Teachers will learn how to use the robots and drones to develop coders, effective communicators, and critical thinkers.

Training Details
Sign in at 2:15 p.m. in the school library
Training from 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

-Tuesday November 18
Location: Garside Library, Las Vegas
