The training will provide hands-on activities to allow students to compare plant structures\, explore weather systems\, investigate real time weather data\, and consider how to predict\, monitor\, and mitigate drought. \nAlthough this training will cover middle school standards\, all interested educators are welcome to attend! Participants will learn about the process behind the Pre-K Green Box creation\, how the kit helps to bridge the gap in literacy\, and the benefits of combining books with the wonder of hands-on learning through play. Educators will have the opportunity to actively engage with the Green Box activities to gain a practical understanding of how to integrate them in the classroom. \nAlthough this training will cover Pre-K standards\, all interested educators are welcome to attend!
