SUMMARY:Nevada Robotics Community Outreach: NDE Family Engagement Summit in Las Vegas
DESCRIPTION:Nevada Robotics is honored to be included in the line-up of partners who will be tabling at the Nevada Department of Education’s Family Engagement Summit Resource Fair from 8 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Saturday September 13 at the Northwest Career and Technical Academy. \nThis event is a sponsored by the Nevada Department of Education and the Clark County School District with the goal of bringing “together families/caregivers\, educators\, and community partners in supporting students with: \n-Family and Community Resources\n-Mental health\, school safety\, and academic success strategies\n-Strong two-way communication between families and schools” \nNevada Robotics will offer demonstrations and provide hands-on activities for families using robots\, building materials\, and storybooks.
